Meetings in the network councils are ongoing.

On February 6, 2025, in collaboration with the National Institute for the Development of the Qualification System and the Sectoral Council for the Development of Professional Qualifications in the Energy Sector, a roundtable discussion was held at the International Business Center within the framework of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s “Human Capital Development in the Renewable Energy Sector” project. The discussion focused on the development of professional standards in the energy sector.

The meeting was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Tashkent State Technical University, ACWA Power Uzbekistan, Ernst and Young Advisory LLC, Solar Nature LLC, Yashil Energiya LLC, ECO Energy Sources LLC, Eco Sun Energy LLC, as well as leading experts in the energy sector.

During the meeting, it was discussed that the professional standards being developed should comply with both international and national requirements, which will enable the labor market to be supplied with a workforce meeting international standards.
