A meeting aimed at further expanding cooperation was held at the Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System with representatives of GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) and BIBB (Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training of Germany).

During the meeting, the parties thoroughly discussed the priority and strategic areas for improving the National Qualifications System in Uzbekistan, as well as the key objectives within the framework of the TexVET II project.

The discussions also focused on strengthening employer engagement based on German experience and on further enhancing professional standards and qualification assessment mechanisms.

At the conclusion of the meeting, a Memorandum aimed at strengthening mutual cooperation was signed between the Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System and the GIZ TexVET II project.
