The Resolution of the Republican Council for the Development of Professional Qualifications was approved
(No. 114 dated 18 December 2025).

Pursuant to this document:

• Priority tasks for the development of the National Qualifications System were defined;

• Unified templates for the development of Sectoral Qualifications Frameworks and Professional Standards were approved;

• Coordination mechanisms for the activities of 24 Sectoral Councils were strengthened;

• An annual national competition was introduced to support actively participating Sectoral Councils, Assessment Centers, and Employers;

• Tasks were assigned to update educational programs based on professional standards.

The document places particular emphasis on the systematic development of Sectoral Councils in professional qualifications, the formulation of unified requirements for types of professional activities based on Sectoral Qualifications Frameworks and professional standard templates, as well as their implementation in practice using a unified methodology.

In addition, the document focuses on the continuous improvement of the National Classifier of Occupations based on in-depth analysis of current and future labor market needs, the development of educational programs aligned with professional standards, and the strengthening of sustainable linkages between education and the labor market.
