On January 30 of this year, another meeting was held at the Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System with the participation of international experts within the framework of the UNESCO-implemented project “Developing Employability Skills in Rural Areas of Uzbekistan.” During the meeting, comprehensive discussions were held on further strengthening international cooperation, as well as on plans for 2026 based on the priority areas for the development of the National Qualifications System, including planned joint activities, seminars, and training sessions. It was also emphasized during the dialogue that developing the activities of sectoral councils, elaborating occupational standards based on international best practices, and clarifying qualification requirements for specific types of professional activities are of particular importance. In addition, it was noted that such initiatives play a significant role in enhancing the transparency and reliability of qualification assessment and quality assurance processes.
