On February 6 of this year, a meeting was held at the “O‘zeltexsanoat” Association with members of the Sectoral Council on the development of professional qualifications in the electrical engineering and mechanical engineering industries, as well as representatives of the Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the plans for 2026, the inclusion of in-demand occupations supporting the “green economy” in the professional standards to be developed by the Sectoral Council, the establishment of a sectoral qualifications assessment center, the upskilling of expert candidates, and the incorporation of newly emerging occupations in the sector into the National Classifier of Occupations.

At the end of the dialogue, participants exchanged views on the agenda items, agreed on future measures to be implemented, and familiarized themselves with the facilities established at the “O‘zeltexsanoat” Association.
