On 10 February of the current year, a meeting was held with the organizers of the SKILL-UP project, funded by Switzerland and planned for implementation in 2026–2031. During the meeting, detailed information was provided on the project’s concept, strategic objectives, implementation principles, and the responsible stakeholder parties involved. The event was attended by representatives of the Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System, the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment, as well as international organizations. One of the key components of the project is aimed at strengthening the role of Qualification Assessment Centers and assessment mechanisms in validating skills acquired through non-formal education. The project will enable enhanced coherence and quality assurance between occupational standards and assessment tools through close cooperation with employers, sectoral councils, government institutions, and international partners.
