The seminar-training organized on February 10–13 of the current year with the participation of UNESCO expert Olav Aarna has successfully concluded. Over the four days, presentations and practical discussions were conducted on developing learning outcomes based on occupational standards, as well as on the structure and operational mechanisms of the Estonian Qualifications Register. In addition, the seminar comprehensively addressed the Concept for the Development of the National Qualifications System through 2030, its priority areas, implementation mechanisms, and the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders. Particular attention was given to strengthening the institutional framework of the system, expanding stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment between qualifications and competencies and the needs of the labor market.
