Methods for Developing and Implementing Regulatory Documents Governing the National Qualification System

In accordance with the relevant resolution of the President of the Republic dated September 30, 2024, the Institute for the Development of the National Qualification System was established under the Project Office “Center for Educational Projects.”

The Institute has been assigned the key tasks of providing organizational and methodological, expert, and analytical support to the Republican Council for the Development of Professional Qualifications, sectoral councils, and qualification assessment centers; exercising overall oversight of the development of sectoral qualification frameworks, occupational standards, and assessment tools; accrediting qualification assessment centers and monitoring their activities; introducing and providing technical support for a unified digital platform of the national qualification system; enhancing the qualifications of members of sectoral councils and staff of qualification assessment centers; and coordinating the activities of specialists responsible for the development of professional qualifications within ministries and agencies, as well as providing them with practical assistance.

Taking these responsibilities into account, a two-day seminar-training entitled “Methods for Developing and Implementing Regulatory Documents Governing the National Qualification System” was held on January 29–30, 2025, through cooperation between the Institute for the Development of the National Qualification System and the UNESCO Office in Uzbekistan.
