On February 16-18 of this year, the Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System successfully concluded another round of professional development courses organized for candidates for the position of Director of a Qualification Assessment Center. During the three-day seminar-training, nearly 20 participants took part based on the recommendations of the sectoral councils for the development of professional qualifications. Within the framework of the program, participants strengthened their knowledge and skills in the regulatory and legal foundations of the National Qualifications System, the procedures for establishing and accrediting qualification assessment centers, mechanisms for ensuring transparency and quality control in assessment processes, as well as the effective implementation of professional standards in practice. At the conclusion of the courses, participants completed a test assessment to consolidate their acquired knowledge and to obtain a certificate in accordance with established procedures. These training courses serve as an important practical platform aimed at enhancing the professional competencies of future leaders, ensuring transparency, impartiality, and efficiency in qualification assessment processes, and consistently and sustainably improving the National Qualifications System.
