On February 27 of the current year, advanced training courses organized for expert candidates to be involved in the qualification assessment process were successfully completed at the Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System. During the five-day training program, participants acquired in-depth theoretical knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework of the National Qualifications System, the essence and content of professional standards and qualification levels, as well as methods for developing assessment criteria. In addition, the participants strengthened their practical skills in organizing and conducting professional examinations, establishing effective appeal procedures, and identifying and managing potential risks in expert activities. The training sessions were conducted in the form of lectures, practical assignments, group work, and project presentations. The participants prepared project works on the development of assessment tools by profession and successfully defended them with the participation of experts. Throughout the seminar-training, participants’ knowledge and skills were systematically assessed through tests and practical tasks. Methodological recommendations were also provided regarding the procedures for determining, analyzing, and formally documenting the results in accordance with established regulations. Upon completion of the program, nearly 30 actively participating expert candidates were awarded certificates in accordance with the established procedure.
